REFPRO LAUNCHES FOOTBALL STARTS WITH HOPE

RefPro UK Teams Up with Travel Industry Giants to Deliver 300kg of Football Kit and Equipment to Underprivileged Communities in Kuala Lumpur

RefPro UK is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new football project in Malaysia this August. This initiative, aimed at supporting underprivileged communities in Kuala Lumpur, will deliver 300kg of high-quality football kit and equipment to young aspiring footballers.

RefPro UK has partnered with some of the most prominent names in the travel industry to make this project a reality. This collaboration underscores the company's commitment to social responsibility and the power of sport to inspire and uplift communities. RefPro are also proud to be working closely with The Lost Food Project, Charity Boots, and KitAid, whose contributions and support are invaluable to this initiative.

"Football is more than just a game; it's a unifying force that brings people together and fosters a sense of community and hope," said Alfie Watts, Race Across The World Winner and Founder of RefPro UK. "We are proud to work with our partners in the travel industry, The Lost Food Project, Charity Boots, and KitAid to provide these young people with the equipment they need to pursue their passion for football."

The project will officially kick off in Kuala Lumpur in August, with a series of events and activities designed to engage and inspire the local and global community. "I believe that using mine and RefPro's social platform to showcase what young people can do will not only inspire those that benefit from the project, but also those who watch it and have the ability to contribute." RefPro and its partners will distribute the football kits and equipment to various settlements and community areas which are some of Kuala Lumpur's most unfortunate, ensuring that the resources reach those who need them the most.

RefPro are also organising a nationwide kit collection in partnership with CharityBoots and DHL, as well as a GoFundMe page, allowing people at home to directly contribute to the project, and have teamed up with some fantastic people to offer donors the opportunity to win raffle prizes.

RefPro are also delighted to welcome Daniel Pinto onto the project, also known as DNZH.Travels. Daniel has been a figurehead in the TikTok and Instagram community for a while, and having someone of his stature come along and aid with the social delivery of the project is fundamental. "Daniel has been fantastic and enthusiastic about this project from there moment I reached out to him" Alfie said, adding "people like him ae going to be able to transform this project from something local into something global."

In addition, the entire project will be broadcast on social media, allowing viewers around the world to follow the journey and witness the positive impact being made in Kuala Lumpur. This initiative reflects RefPro UK's commitment to delivering football to the heart of the global community, which is one of the company's core missions. By promoting physical activity, teamwork, and discipline among young people, RefPro aim to create lasting positive impacts.
